Statement: We have been closely monitoring the decisions and recommendations of the CDC, ADA (American Dental Association), IL state Department of Health, and IL state government, we have decided to take action to do what we feel is best to help in the fight against COVID-19 (Coronavirus). All of these entities agree that the best way we can reduce spread and “flatten the curve” is by social distancing.
Effective immediately we are pausing all non-emergent dental care indefinitely. OUR DOORS ARE STILL OPEN TO YOU, should you have any urgent care dental needs. The last thing we want is any of our patients going to an ER and urgent care medical facility for any dental concerns. Please feel free to contact us (630-971-0682) if any pain arises and we will do our absolute best to help you.
If you have any question about future dental work, we are available for consultations by phone. For emergency patients, we are well equipped to ensure a clean environment.
Unlike many other offices, we’ve always chosen to see only one patient at a time. During normal circumstances this normally allows our patients not to sit in our waiting room and limits their proximity to other patients.
This is incredibly important given the current circumstances. We did not take this decision lightly, but truly feel it is the responsible choice for our family of patients, staff, and for the surrounding community. Oral health and oral healthcare is an integral part of overall health and well-being, and at this time this is the best way we can contribute to the health and well-being of our community.
Please call our office (630-971-0682) if you feel you have a true dental emergency, and we will arrange to see you as soon as possible.
We will keep updating our plans based on the evolving COVID-19 situation, if there is any changes we will reach out as needed. Thank you for your understanding, keep calm, keep brushing and keep healthy!
